Our Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today's complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.

Business Function:

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Our Client Administration - Practice Support team supports PwC related to project organisation, finance system control and electronic administration. You'll help our team with project planning, client communications, financial administration, budget preparation and data entry risk administration.

How will you value add

As an Executive Assistant, you'll work as part of a team of subject matter experts and extensive industry experience, helping our employees solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You will be providing effective administrative and secretarial support to our Partners/Directors.

  • Handling written correspondences and reports file management.

  • Preparing presentation materials.

  • Liaising with clients and managing of diaries.

  • Making travel arrangements, scheduling internal and external meetings.

  • Drawing up bills and attending to all other administrative duties.

  • Coordinating events and relevant logistics where needed


  • At least an O or A level qualification. Candidates with a Private Secretarial Diploma will be preferred.

  • Must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

  • Must be meticulous, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including having the flexibility to adjust and react to changing priorities.
