Job Description

Conduct business process analysis and design, ensuringalignment with best practices and control requirements
Lead / supportthe implementation of operating models, including roles, responsibilities,governanceand performance measures
Design / re-design finance and accounting processes (Chart of Accounts, Consolidation, GL/O2C/P2P,FP&A)
Assistclients with ERP systemselectionand implementation
Contribute to business case development, including cost-benefit analysis, ROIcalculationsand value tracking

About you:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, BusinessManagementor related discipline
Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, PMP would beadvantageous
At least 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, businesstransformationor finance transformation, ideally in a professional services or complex corporate environment
Prior experience with ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft,etc) in the capacity of a technical and/or functional consultant
Experience with AI tools for process discovery andoptimization
Experience with Shared Service Centre advisory andoptimization
Understanding of internal control,complianceand regulatory frameworks
Proficiencyis process mapping tools (Visio,Signavio,Lucidchart,etc)
