As an Analyst within the Ecosystem Risk Insights and Controls team, you will drive the launch and operationalization of a regional risk program, building the framework, process, and monitoring capabilities to identify and remediate elevated risk merchants. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholder groups in our AP markets and the Singapore Market Support Centre to educate, advise and align, ensuring smooth operations of the programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, investigate and report on the Merchant Elevated Risk Program performance through intelligent and efficient use of data analytics and dashboards
- Manage the notifications and billing of program fees and non-compliant assessments when applicable
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders on program identifications and updates
- Support automation efforts and tool design to leverage technology for efficiency and greater quality
What you will need:
We are looking for an early career individual with a curiosity about payments, detail oriented, results-driven, and client focused.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an operations, preferably within the banking or payment industry.
- Work with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines
- Possesses a proactive approach and will do what it takes to move a project forward (ownership)
- Quantitative aptitude with attention to detail and process orientation needed to manage revenue and billing operations
- Energetic verbal and written communication skills, able to speak the language of the recipient
- Comfortable working independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment.
- Strong planning, organising and stakeholder management skills
- A keen eye for process and program improvement where relevant
- Deep proficiency iin Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, or PowerAutomate is a strong advantage
