About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven leader to build and own the Group Enterprise Risk Intelligence Platform.

This role is responsible for designing an end-to-end risk monitoring and control framework across the entire trading lifecycle, integrating business, trading, technology and operational risks into a unified Control Tower.

The mission is not only to monitor systems, but to proactively identify abnormal behaviours, prevent incidents, and continuously improve the Group's operational resilience through automation, AI and data intelligence.

*We are hiring for this position in Singapore and Hong Kong simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's end-to-end risk monitoring strategy and establish a unified monitoring framework across trading, system, configuration, and operational risks.
• Design monitoring methodologies, risk indicators (KRIs), alert thresholds, escalation mechanisms, and response workflows to improve risk visibility and monitoring effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Risk, Dealing, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product teams to standardize monitoring ownership, governance, and operating procedures.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve alert quality, reduce false positives, and enable intelligent risk detection and monitoring.
• Continuously optimize monitoring coverage, data quality, and operational processes through data analysis, system enhancements, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Trading Operations, Risk Monitoring, Trading Technology, or Operational Risk within a financial services or fintech environment.
• Proven experience building or leading enterprise-wide monitoring frameworks, risk control mechanisms, or operational monitoring platforms.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect business processes, technology, and data into scalable monitoring solutions.
• Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional projects involving Risk, Trading, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging SQL, BI tools, automation, AI, or data analytics to improve monitoring capabilities.
