Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Risk Manager. The position is responsible for supporting risk management operations, identifying potential business risks, and contributing to the development of strategies that protect organizational assets and operational stability. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance processes, analyzing operational and financial risks, and supporting the implementation of internal control measures and risk mitigation plans. The role also involves preparing risk reports, maintaining documentation, assisting with policy development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives. In addition, the position will contribute to business continuity planning, process improvement initiatives, performance monitoring, and organizational risk awareness while promoting a proactive and compliance-focused working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, compliance standards, and internal control practices

• Understanding of operational, financial, and organizational risk assessment processes

• Ability to support risk analysis, monitoring, and mitigation planning activities

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, reporting procedures, and governance frameworks

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

• Proficiency in preparing risk reports, documentation, and compliance records

• Knowledge of business continuity planning, operational monitoring, and policy implementation practices

• Ability to manage multiple risk-related tasks while maintaining efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field

• Professional certifications in risk management, compliance, or auditing are considered a plus

• Strong attention to detail with effective planning and execution capabilities

• Adaptability, professionalism, and a compliance-oriented mindset

• Ability to support organizational stability and long-term operational objectives
