The Opportunity:
- Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for a Risk Management Operations Analyst (Public Sector).
- Role will start off as a contract assignment.
The Job:
Responsibilities:
Support the maintenance and enhancement of the ERM portal by organising risk content, creating user-friendly materials, and ensuring information accessibility.
Coordinate the quarterly KRI reporting cycle, including tracking submissions, following up with risk owners, consolidating data, and assisting with report preparation.
Liaise between risk management and technical teams to support KRI dashboard development, data accuracy checks, and documentation of updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or business operations (including internships or project work).
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Basic understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and governance processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience in content creation and portal or website maintenance.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to support administrative and coordination tasks.
- Interest in technology-enabled risk management, including dashboards and automation.
