Client is looking for a qualified Risk Management Facilitator (DfSp) to join a transit infrastructure project based near Boon Lay MRT.
Requirements
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) holding a valid Practicing Certificate or
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural design and construction supervision, with at least 5 years in hands-on design work (including contribution to designs and writing specifications)
- Degree recognised by PEB construction-related degree accepted by SISV and SPM
- Sound working knowledge of safety and health practices in the construction industry
- Completed the Design for Safety for Professionals Course (with passed assessments), or equivalent certification
- Proven track record in the design and construction management of transit or rail projects
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end preparation of Civil Construction Safety Submissions (CNSS), Civil Design Safety Submissions (CDSS), and Project Safety Reviews (PSR)
- Represent the project team at LTA's Project Safety Committee Meetings (PSCM), presenting and defending CNSS submissions for regulatory review and approval
- Conduct comprehensive risk analysis, monitoring, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance and proactive hazard management
- Prepare, compile, and submit all required documentation pertaining to Civil Design Safety, Construction Safety, and Project Safety Reviews to LTA in accordance with stipulated timelines and standards
- Facilitate and lead Risk Management Meetings and presentations with LTA stakeholders, ensuring alignment on safety requirements and mitigation strategies
