Job Description
Risk Management
- Monitor and report risk limit, risk indicators/measures
- Conduct risk assessment to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities across the organization
- Prepare risk management reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Prepare Risk Management Committee material
- Oversee Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and incident management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal

Policies
- Facilitate Risk projects/initiatives (e.g. Environmental Risk, Technology Risk, Outsourcing/Third Party Risk)
- Assist with procedure management and other administrative support as needed
- Participate in internal audits and inspections
Technology Risk Management (TRM) / IT:
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure effective implementation of technology risk management strategies and initiatives // to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal policies
- Provide training on risk awareness and best practices
Requirement
- Knowledge and understanding of derivatives, securities, and related products
- Deep understanding of Capital markets and risk management regulations (Basel )
- Holders of financial certifications such as CFA and FRM. etc
- Must be proficient in Korean to effectively liaise with Korean counterparts and clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of business needs
