Key Responsibilities:

Solutioning:

  • Collaborate within teams to solve complex risk management, finance, and reporting challenges, leveraging knowledge of MAS and/or international banking regulations
  • Work with technology partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs using advanced technologies and industry expertise
  • Develop solutions using digital tools, data analytics, and AI to enhance client risk management and reporting operations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
  • Oversee system implementation projects, ensuring technology solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements, and remain relevant and sustainable

Managing Engagements & Teams:

  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results, fostering collaboration and strong team spirit
  • Drive implementation and management of transformation programs across banking segments, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery
  • Execute engagements through analysis of regulatory and business requirements, facilitating workshops, report writing, presentations, user acceptance testing, and program management

Communication:

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, including effective writing, framing, and presenting ideas to diverse audiences
  • Distil complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for clients and teams
  • Engage stakeholders effectively, presenting written and verbal ideas persuasively to foster cooperation and understanding
