Job Overview

The Risk Management Access Control Specialist III is a senior member of the Access Risk Management team, supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance for Global Security. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing systems and processes that enforce minimal access and risk-based permissions to protect enterprise assets globally.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Point of Contact

  • Acts as the main decision maker and contact for GSST ARM Operations within the Global GSST Team.
  • Organizes and leads staff meetings, cross-functional team meetings, and special events.

Access Control & Documentation

  • Maintains physical identity access management documentation per established standards.
  • Coordinates risk reduction activities (e.g., terminations, leaves of absence), ensuring proper reporting and documentation.
  • Develops and documents access risk management practices and mechanisms.

System & Process Management

  • Ensures robust access controls and designs scalable, automated tools and services.
  • Troubleshoots multi-system dependencies and develops logical solutions.
  • Communicates frameworks to prevent conflicting access assignments.

Consulting & Best Practices

  • Advises internal and external partners on risk mitigation for new programs and initiatives.

Service Level Management

  • Supports preparation and presentation of service reviews, quarterly business reviews, and formalized SLA reporting with KPIs and operational metrics.

Rotational On Call Support

  • Provides rotational On Call support to remediate access for identified risk-related personnel, ensuring timely response and resolution of access issues.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in access control management
  • Knowledge of physical identity access management processes and procedures
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects across time zones
  • Advanced onboarding/offboarding process knowledge
  • Quick learner of new terminology
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Trustworthy, candid, and dynamic personality
  • Administrative experience, especially calendar management

Preferred

  • Experience managing a global badge access program
  • Advanced CCURE system knowledge
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and other analytical tools
  • Working knowledge of dependent technology stacks
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Working knowledge of Security Spots and Dots
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range:

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
