JOB DESCRIPTION

The Risk Technology team is looking to hire candidate with strong background in Computer Science and Mathematics. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience working as a developer in a fast-paced environment. The candidate would work to architect and develop robust, low-latency, scalable solutions and help the team support the Risk business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable / high performance solutions for low-latency Risk calculations

• Work as a part of a team of strong developers

• Support Risk Systems and be a part of End of Day support cycle

• Implement Best Practices and ensure a robust Risk Tech Framework

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering field

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience

• Proficient in JAVA/Microservices/Spring framework

• Experience working with SQL

• Experience working with Python/Pandas

• Strong analytical and problem skills

• Self-Motivated, passionate, capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:

• Master's degree

• Strong mathematical skills, with interest and exposure to quantitative finance

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in Multi-threading, Client-Server and Distributed computing

• Experience with AWS/Cloud Technologies/Kubernetes/REDIS caching frameworks

• Exposure to Snowflake

• Exposure to AI/ML

• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture

• Exposure to messaging libraries

• Experience with CI/CD Unit and Integration testing

• Experience with Monitoring tools (Datadog/BigPanda)

• Experience working in Linux environment

• Exposure to NoSQL databases
