Job Description

• Manage daily position reporting, including reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee mark-to-market and fair value valuation across trading positions.
• Ensure trades are accurately captured within systems and aligned with reporting timelines.
• Strengthen risk controls, processes, and governance across the trading business.
• Partner closely with commercial, finance, and risk stakeholders to provide insights and resolve issues.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 7 years of experience in risk control or risk reporting within a commodities trading environment.
• Strong experience supporting physical commodities trading activities, with a clear understanding of physical trade flows, exposures, and operational risk points.
• Solid understanding of position reporting, valuation, and trade lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to work closely with trading or commercial teams in a business-facing capacity.
• Ability to improve processes and implement controls, with a hands-on and analytical approach .
