The successful applicant will deliver strategic risk engagements with a diverse range of clients. This role will involve collaborating with clients to assist them in identifying, analyzing, quantifying and transferring risk.
This position is suited for an experienced professional individual contributor in risk consulting, who can work independently with minimal supervision or as a member of a cross functional team.

We will count on you to:
- Conduct risk management advisory engagements focused on developing risk maturity in our clients organizations (Incident Response, Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management, Enterprise Risk Management)
- Translate global risk management standards into practical and long-lasting risk frameworks for clients
- Perform research, planning, delivery and reporting of risk advisory services
- Develop an understanding of clients business, operations and risk profiles
- Perform technical and operational reviews for a range of clients with differing risk profiles
- Deliver projects to a high level of client satisfaction, within budget and on-time
- Develop relevant recommendations and solutions to enhance the management of risk in a range of formats including reports, presentations and workshops both in-person and virtually
- Provide professional advice to clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology and tools to guide risk programs and initiatives
- Deliver small projects and be a valuable resource on complex projects involving subject matter experts from across Marsh & McLennan Companies
- Demonstrate a willingness to expand your knowledge in emerging and ever-developing areas including cyber, sustainability and supply chain risk
- Actively share your knowledge and skills with colleagues to facilitate team capability development
What you need to have:
- Degree in business, management, engineering, supply chain management or academic field relevant to risk management
- At least 5 years of professional experience in risk advisory, in either a consulting or in-house role
- Proficiency applying concepts and processes for enterprise risk management, business continuity management (ISO 31000, COSO, ISO 22301, ISO 27001)
- Ability to travel internationally for client work when it becomes safe and possible to do so
- Fluency in spoken and written English
What makes you stand out:
- Experience working for a professional services firm like Big 4, strategy consultancy or risk and insurance consultancy
- ABCP, MBCI or other relevant risk management certification
- Experience working in the insurance enterprise
- Postgraduate degree such as an MBA or academic field relevant to risk management
- Fluency or working proficiency in a language used in Asia, other than English
