Risk & Compliance Portfolio Business Manager

1) Financial Management

. Monthly meetings to cover the following for CFO&EV (covers both Finance and Risk & Compliance):

1. Pipeline management - review pipeline opportunities in Salesforce, helping us to follow-up with the Account PMO team to ensure updates are effected in the system

2. Sales & Revenue tracking - review overall Sales & Revenue progress against budget

(2) Secretarial Support (Scheduling & OPE management)

. Manage MD calendars, and ensure both client account calendars are in sync.

. Arrange our F2F meetings as efficiently as possible

. Manage our timesheets & expenses

. Manage our visitor clearances like building & wifi access etc

(3) Events Management

. Regular team meetings - organize the logistics for our monthly team meetings (i.e. confirming location, arranging lunch/refreshments), working closely with the Managers who are helping us curate the content:

1. CFO&EV - monthly Finance + Risk & Compliance team meetings

2. DRC - monthly risk & compliance team meetings

. Ad-hoc events - these will include client-facing events like Roundtables, Workshops, partnership events with vendors etc
