Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulator, industry and company guidelines relating to the fund management industry.
- Develop and implement regular internal audit, risk management and compliance check.
- Provide periodic reports to the Audit and Risk Management Committee, Board of Directors and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor the regulatory and statutory changes, and assess the impact of such changes and to make changes as necessary.
- Review and update policies, procedures and systems regularly.
- Address audit and inspection findings from auditors and regulators and make enhancements.
- Train employees on policies and procedures.
- Maintain the Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) framework and other risk management processes and reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree, preferably in Legal, Business, Finance, Accounting, Audit.
- Good writing and analytical skills.
- Some experience in audit, risk and compliance work.
