What You Will Learn

• Collaborating with the Risk & Compliance team in supporting adhoc projects on a day-to-day and business as usual (BAU) basis
• Reviewing and implementing policies and procedures in relation to regulatory compliance and financial crime compliance
• Assisting in the reviewing and preparation of risk & compliance systems, including but not limited to Compliance Monitoring Programmes (CMP) and Financial Crime Business Risk Assessments (FCBRA)
• Managing of files and information to meet expectations and requests for internal/external audits
• Identifying potential risks and escalating them to the relevant stakeholders, including screening and performing adverse news search on various parties
• Understanding of the compliance framework in terms of escalation and meeting regulatory requirements

What We Look For

• Prior experience in Compliance, Due Diligence or Business Management is preferred but not essential
• Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate fluently English, a second language would be a plus
