Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth risk feature mining, risk strategy development, optimization and daily maintenance, and perform targeted data analysis on customer complaints and business risk exceptions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional business teams, deliver risk solution presentations, provide professional risk consultation, and propose data-driven, quantifiable solutions to address business pain points.
• Respond to online sudden risk incidents promptly, identify root causes quickly, and coordinate internal team resources to implement risk control and loss mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with algorithm, product and R&D teams to precipitate risk management infrastructure, optimize risk control systems and model capabilities, and continuously improve the robustness of the overall risk management system.
• Analyze trading mechanisms, abnormal trading behaviors and risk points, identify risky transactions such as arbitrage and market manipulation, and balance risk control with business growth.
• Implement full-life cycle risk management, formulate and iterate risk strategies for different business scenarios, and track and evaluate the effectiveness of risk control measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Risk Management or related fields; 5+ years of working experience in risk management in exchanges, banks, licensed consumer finance, leading fintech or internet finance companies.
• Proficient in at least one of SQL, Python, Spark or R for data analysis and modeling; solid experience in data mining and modeling, familiar with machine learning algorithms including LR, XGBoost, LightGBM.
• In-depth understanding of full-life cycle risk management processes, master key risk control points and strategy formulation logic for different business links.
• Familiar with trading business mechanisms (leverage, margin, forced liquidation, etc.) and common abnormal trading behaviors is a strong plus.
• Rigorous logical thinking, strong data sensitivity, excellent independent problem-solving ability and self-motivation.
• Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and proactive in exploring risk control innovations.
