Responsibilities:
- Develop new markets and customer relationships
- Execute third-party trades end-to-end
- Analyse pricing, competition and market information
- Understand various trade flows, grades, origins and spreads
- Conduct supply and demand (S&D) analysis for the relevant market
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of international experience in rice/agri trading and sales
- Strong numerical skills, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa (Central/West)
- Experience in exporting rice
- Willingness to travel to drive business growth
- Strong knowledge of physical trading
- Experience in marketing, sales and purchasing.
Candidates with an existing client base (sales book) are preferred.
