Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach (Senior/Elite)

The Role

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaches to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced competitive coach or an enthusiastic instructor looking to build your coaching career, we would love to hear from you.

This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

What You Will Do

• Coach gymnasts across recreational and/or competitive levels

• Plan and deliver structured training sessions and lesson plans

• Choreograph and develop routines for assigned gymnasts

• Track gymnast progress and work with the coaching team to adjust training plans as needed

• Prepare gymnasts for local and international competitions and accompany them where required

• Communicate clearly and regularly with parents on their child's progress

• Collaborate with the wider coaching team to ensure a cohesive, supportive training environment

• Support in-house events, showcases, and competitions as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience as a rhythmic gymnast, rhythmic gymnastics coach, and/or in dance is preferred.

• A genuine passion for working with children and nurturing their development

• Strong communication skills - able to engage warmly with both students and parents

• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player

• Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends in line with the class schedules

• A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or equivalent is an advantage but not required
