Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach

Scope of Responsibilities

Teaching and Training

• Conduct daily lessons (including recreational and basic competitive classes)

• Provide technical guidance according to students levels to help them progress steadily

• Assist in routine choreography and competition preparation

Student Followup and Communication

• Monitor students training progress and class performance

• Communicate regularly with parents to provide feedback on students learning

Teamwork and Development

• Collaborate with the team to carry out training schedules and course execution

• Participate in or lead competitive team training and competition preparation (assigned based on experience and ability)

• Engage in internal teaching exchanges and professional development

Events and Basic Support

• Assist in organizing tests, competitions, and training camps

• Support competition arrangements (such as registration and basic coordination)

• Help with daily venue and equipment organization and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Rhythmic Gymnastics coaching experience

• Able to lead recreational classes with basic teaching ability

• Competition experience or prior involvement in training is preferred

• Relevant coaching certification is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility

• Able to work independently while being a team player
