RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Antenna design across sub-6GHz technology such as NFC, RFID, GNSS, Satellite L-Band, BT, WiFi, 3G/4G/5G
- Hands-on antenna matching and optimization when integrated into product
- Use EM simulation tools to perform analysis and modelling of RF antennas and products to meet customer's requirements
- Conduct antenna and RF measurement using Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer and Fully Anechoic Chamber
- Review PCB schematic and layout related to RF aspects
- Ensure products to meet regulatory certification
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in RF Engineering, Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 0 - 2 years of working experience in aspects of RF and wireless technology
- Antenna design and analysis, matching methodology and communication system knowledge is a must
- Familiar with product certifications and regulations - FCC, CE, PTCRB and GCF
- Expert in operating RF equipment to analyze and troubleshoot RF aspects issues
- Familiar with EM simulation tools - CST MWS and Altium designer for layout review
- In-depth knowledge of wireless technology - NFC, RFID, GNSS, Satellite, Wi-Fi, BT, Cellular 3G/4G/5G/LTE-M/NB-IoT
- Inclined to handle hardware design and troubleshooting if needed
- Must be driven, able to work independently and in a team environment and able to communicate clearly
