The Rewards Manager is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the Business Sales commission scheme. The Manager is also responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of Business Sales sales commission processes, including targets, validations and accurate payout in alignment with business performance.
Make an Impact by
- Collaborate with Business Sales leaders, IT and Sales Commission Team to identify gaps and potentials in commission scheme, processes and payouts.
- Keeping track of and performing system update on Business Sales organizational movement to ensure that achievement is rollup correctly.
- Review and verify BAU commission exceptional handlings to ensure alignment and governance.
- Tracking of sales performance to enable insightful forward planning.
Skills For Success
- Degree education and above
- 5 years working experience in planning rewards programme and project management
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to effectively interact with people from different levels and background
- Ability to perform in a fast paced and cross-cultural environment
- Drive change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Matured, independent, possess positive working attitude with a high level of initiative and ability to work under pressure in meeting deadlines
