Annual Compensation Cycle Leadership
- Co-lead the end-to-end delivery of the annual compensation review cycle in partnership with the Regional Rewards team, overseeing planning, system readiness, execution, and post-cycle evaluation.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Facilitate project governance forums and steering committee meetings, providing progress updates, escalating risks, and driving alignment across stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful cycle delivery.
Compensation System Design, Configuration & Governance
- Translate the organisation's compensation philosophy, policies, and annual review requirements into detailed business requirements for the compensation platform (HRSoft).
- Lead system design and configuration activities in collaboration with HR Technology teams, ensuring system capabilities align with business needs.
- Define compensation data structures, workflows, validation rules, and process flows to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and governance within the system.
- Oversee end-to-end testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate system functionality, calculations, data integrity, and user experience.
Regional Policy Alignment & Country Implementation
- Partner with APAC countries and business units to consolidate local compensation policies, practices, and regulatory requirements into standardised system and process designs.
- Drive alignment of country-specific requirements with global compensation frameworks while ensuring compliance with internal governance and local regulations.
- Manage implementation workflows, approvals, and governance processes to support consistent adoption across markets.
Vendor Management, Reporting & Analytics
- Serve as the primary liaison with HRSoft, managing vendor relationships, system enhancements, issue resolution, and configuration updates.
- Collaborate with HR Technology teams and vendors to deliver compensation dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for HR, managers, and senior leadership.
- Ensure compensation reporting outputs are accurate, insightful, and aligned with business requirements.
HR Technology Integration & Future State Design
- Act as a Rewards subject matter expert supporting integration initiatives between HRSoft and future HRIS platforms.
- Partner with HR Technology teams to ensure future-state HR systems support APAC Rewards processes, governance requirements, and operational scalability.
- Provide functional expertise on compensation processes, system design, and user requirements throughout technology transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, Country HR teams, and business leaders to drive successful project delivery.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple markets through effective communication, governance, and change management practices.
- Develop implementation approaches and adoption strategies to ensure consistent deployment across countries and business units.
- Support local HR teams through system transition, process changes, and adoption of new compensation practices.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Total Rewards, with strong expertise in compensation cycle management and rewards technology.
- Proven experience with compensation platforms such as HRSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar systems, including system design, configuration, testing, and reporting.
- Strong track record in managing large-scale compensation projects, HR technology implementations, or annual rewards cycles within regional or multi-country environments.
- Experience working in a consulting or project-based capacity is preferred.
- Ability to translate complex country-specific compensation requirements into scalable system solutions and standardised processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across countries, functions, and senior leadership levels.
- Experience managing HR technology vendors and partnering with HRIS teams on system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and commitment to data governance and accuracy.
- Highly adaptable, organised, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
