REVIT Drafter (METAL WORKS

Roles & Responsibilities

. Prepare shop drawings , fabricate drawing , As-built drawings

. Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques

. Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.

. Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors, vendors and supplier's obligations.

Requirements:

. Bachelor in construction-related , civil engineering field

. Good Communications skill

. Knowledge of structural will be beneficial

. Academic in relevant structure steel , building/engineering

. Familiarize in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works an advantage

. Proficiency in Tekla Software , Autocad

. Able to work on Multiple projects, Within simultaneous timeline

. Highly motivated Responsible & team player with good interpersonal skill

. Working Hour: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm) , Sat (Half Day)
