Job Description

The Experiences business is rapidly growing and focused on unlocking high-quality experiences at scale. As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will partner with global and regional Experiences leaders to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs, processes, and performance management that accelerate growth across Acquisition, Onboarding, Account Management, and Vendor teams.

You will play a key role in supporting the Experiences Revenue Operations model, ensuring that processes, business reviews, and field enablement are rigorous, data-driven, and aligned with company objectives. This role is not responsible for negotiating deals; instead, you will design the strategy, programs, and performance engine that maximize the value of partner, marketing, and sales motions.

What You'll Do

Translate strategy into execution

  • Develop and execute supply and growth strategies for Experiences
  • Set clear goals, optimize host acquisition and retention, and tailor initiatives to local market needs
  • Ensure strategies are scalable, efficient, and sustainable across regions

Enable cross-functional execution

  • Partner closely with regional leaders, country managers, analytics, marketing, systems, legal, product, and engineering teams
  • Drive alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery of key initiatives

Diagnose and size opportunities

  • Conduct data-driven analysis at global and regional levels
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership

Own performance outcomes

  • Define, track, and evolve KPIs and performance metrics
  • Lead business reviews and performance management cadences
  • Continuously refine strategies to maximize impact and results

Instrument, measure, and learn

  • Identify opportunities to improve field team efficiency and productivity
  • Leverage sales and operational data to inform strategic decisions

Build and optimize processes

  • Partner with sales, account management, analytics, systems, and vendor teams
  • Improve operating models, streamline workflows, and introduce scalable best practices

Systematize and automate

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver tooling for catalog standards, quality assurance, lifecycle triggers, payouts, and partner portals
  • Reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency

Launch and scale initiatives

  • Support local market initiatives and pilot programs
  • Scale successful learnings and processes across the broader business
