Revenue Operations Manager (Lead Conversion)
Our client is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimise the end-to-end lead management process. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Operations, with a strong focus on lead conversion, CRM excellence, and data-driven optimisation.
You will be responsible for ensuring leads are effectively qualified, followed up in a timely manner, and nurtured through structured workflows to maximise conversion and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
- Own the full lead lifecycle across inbound, outbound, and campaign-generated leads
- Design and manage lead qualification, scoring, and prioritisation frameworks
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups aligned with defined service levels
- Oversee call follow-up processes and ensure outcomes are accurately captured in the CRM
- Drive conversion through structured engagement activities such as virtual sessions or targeted outreach
- Implement re-engagement and lead recycling strategies based on lead status and engagement
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Own and optimise CRM workflows to support accurate tracking of lead interactions
- Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and reporting
- Segment audiences and support personalised, automated communications across the funnel
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance CRM integrations, automation, and reporting capabilities
Analytics & Optimisation
- Monitor and analyse lead funnel performance and conversion metrics
- Track engagement, follow-up effectiveness, and response rates
- Conduct testing to optimise engagement strategies, messaging, and timing
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead acquisition and conversion outcomes
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in lead management, CRM, sales operations, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Solid understanding of customer journeys, funnel management, and lead nurturing strategies
- Experience working in high-volume, SLA-driven environments
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
