At impress.ai, we are in the midst of a global shift. In 2026, we are moving beyond simple automation into Agentic AI with our lead agent, Savos. We are seeking a commercially-minded Revenue Manager to own the full lifecycle of this transformation for our enterprise clients.
This is a Full-Cycle role: you are the Hunter (Sales) and the Farmer (Account Management). You will own a portfolio of Southeast Asia's most prestigious institutions while actively hunting for new global logos.
1. New Business: The AI Hunter
Strategic Prospecting: Work with Marketing and Sales Ops to identify and qualify enterprise leads. You aren't just selling you are discovering where AI can solve deep-seated hiring pains.
The 140% Mindset: Achieve an annual target (e.g., 140% of your total portfolio) through aggressive new acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
Consultative Discovery: Conduct structured discovery calls. You must be a master of the probing question-uncovering budget, timeline, and decision-making structures in complex organizations.
Lead the Demo: Deliver compelling, tailored presentations of Savos that demonstrate real ROI to CXO-level stakeholders.
2. Portfolio Growth: The AI Farmer
Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients. You ensure high levels of adoption, satisfaction, and-crucially-retention.
The Success Playbook: Build and maintain Success Plans for each client. You'll monitor platform health and usage data to address risks before they become churn.
Renewal Mastery: Own and execute the renewal pipeline. You are responsible for on-time retention and identifying upsell/expansion opportunities within your base.
Voice of the Customer: Channel feedback directly to our Product team to help us refine Savos for the global market.
3. Revenue Operations & Insights
Data Rigor: Maintain accurate pipeline health, activity logs, and forecasts in our CRM. We are a data-driven AI company your sales data should reflect that.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of AI trends and the competitive landscape to sharpen our positioning.
Experience: 3-5 years of combined experience in Account Management, CS, or Sales, preferably within HR Tech. Experience navigating the Enterprise sales cycle is a major plus.
The Builder Mindset: You are excited by the Discovery Phase. You want to help us figure out the best way to sell AI to the world.
Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. You know how to articulate the value of AI vs. traditional static tools.
Operational Discipline: You have a track record of meeting targets across both sales and retention. You understand metrics like NRR, Churn, and Pipeline Velocity.
Communication: You can talk Future of AI with a tech lead and Retention & Budget with a Head of HR.
Sell the Future: You are selling a category-defining AI solution (Savos) in a market that is ready for it.
Total Ownership: You own the relationship from the first demo to the renewal. No hand-off friction.
