About the Company

Our client is a leading APAC self-storage platform backed by a global private equity investor, with operations spanning multiple markets across Asia-Pacific. The business is on an exciting growth journey, combining organic expansion, strategic acquisitions, and continued investment in data, pricing and operational excellence.

As part of this growth, they are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Revenue Management Associate to join the Revenue Management team.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on some of the company's highest-priority initiatives, driving business performance through data, analytics, operational improvement and cross-functional problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance the data pipelines and dashboards used across Operations, Finance, Marketing and Pricing, while ensuring consistency in revenue metrics, methodologies and data sources.
  • Support monthly business reviews (MBRs) and annual budgeting processes through insightful revenue analysis, commentary and performance reporting.
  • Analyse business and operational performance, identify inefficiencies and drive improvements across key processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and high-impact projects across the organisation.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to identify operational bottlenecks and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
  • Contribute to the design and development of a centralised data platform alongside the broader data team.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Desired Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Revenue Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python; comfortable working with large datasets and building analytical solutions independently.
  • Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools and business performance metrics.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple functions and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive outcomes.
  • Japanese language proficiency will be advantageous due to the role's exposure to the Japan market.
