Our client is an established payments institution. With ambitious plans to accelerate its next phase of commercial growth, the institution is recruiting for a dynamic and highly commercial Revenue Growth Officer, to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Group Head of Business, and working closely with the leadership team, you will own the revenue growth strategy and commercialisation. Partnering closely with various divisions, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations and Analytics, you will identify new growth opportunities across customer segments, products, channels and markets, and translate into commercial strategies and priorities. You will work with GTM and Sales team to drive customer success including accelerating customer acquisition, activation, conversion and experience. You will develop new strategic partnerships within payment ecosystem to drive GTM collaboration, and establish clear KPIs to ensure performance discipline to track performance and commercial results.

Qualifications

Degree qualified, you are an accomplished commercial and strategic leader with significant experience within payments. Strong merchant acquisition gained at a leading global or regional payments platform is highly preferred. You possess a proven track record in revenue growth in a highly competitive environment. You are driven, commercially astute, with a collaborative leadership style and the resilience to deliver in a complex environment.
