Overview
We are looking for a Revenue Growth Management Executive to support AKC's lead generation, customer outreach, sales follow-up, and growth-related coordination.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in sales, customer engagement, business development, and service improvement. You will gain hands-on experience identifying leads, following up with customers, maintaining sales records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting business growth.

You may also gain job rotation exposure across sales support, customer service, training operations, marketing support, and business development coordination. Roles and Responsibilities

. Identify and follow up on potential leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities

. Support customer outreach and engagement through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

. Gather customer needs, preferences, decision-making factors, and feedback during enquiry and follow-up interactions

. Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, customer updates, sales activities, and follow-up actions

. Assist in proposing suitable course or service options based on customer needs

. Support sales and customer engagement strategies to improve enquiry conversion and customer experience

. Review sales follow-up outcomes, enquiry trends, and customer responses for improvement

. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, customer service, and operations to support business growth

Requirements

. Nitec or Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, or related fields

. Interest in sales, business growth, customer engagement, and service improvement

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Organised and able to manage leads, records, follow-ups, and customer information carefully

. Comfortable speaking with customers and coordinating with internal teams

. Proactive attitude with willingness to learn across different business functions

. Able to work in a fast-moving environment and follow through on assigned tasks

. Positive mindset, customer-focused attitude, and results-driven approach
