Assist in managing rooms inventory and rates to maximize cluster revenue.
Develop a thorough understanding of all distribution channels.
Determine effective and engaging rate offers/packages tailored to the right customer through the right channel.
Maintain accuracy of information and enhance automation efforts in the reservation system, including:
. Inputting rate hurdles . Monitoring forecasted demand .Updating group forecasts .Running daily system checks
Ensure parity, positioning, and visibility across TARS, Opera Cloud, and other digital channels.
Support the management of room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties.
Reporting & Analysis
Assist in preparing and updating property and market revenue management reports, competitive analyses, and other documents for short- and long-term forecasting, reporting, and analytical needs.
Monitor transient, group, and tour booking pace to determine effective pricing and availability controls across all reservation distribution sources.
Conduct ongoing analysis of data studies (e.g., length of stay, day-of-week patterns, room category occupancy) and recommend action plans to management.

Undertake special ad hoc projects as assigned by the General Manager.
