The Talent
- CA/CPA qualification and/or a Degree in Accountancy with 5 years of experience in revenue accounting, accounts receivable, audit, or financial close/analysis.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage priorities, and navigate complex operational environments.
- Experience in digital marketplace accounting and reconciliations within high-volume data environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills-capable of converting data into actionable insights.
- Experience with SAP preferred; exposure to automation tools, data systems, or multisystem environments is a plus.
Job Description
- Support revenue accounting and serve as the accounting contact for a digital marketplace platform across SEA Region.
- Oversee the full ordertocash accounting process within a shared service delivery model.
- Monitor BPO performance, including sales and settlement reconciliations, variance investigation, and monthend revenue accruals.
- Address process escalations, review procedures, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare monthend financial reporting and analytics, turning data into actionable insights.
- Align with Corporate Accounting teams on accounting impacts related to digital marketplace operations.
- Partner with Country Controllers and Tax teams to ensure statutory and tax compliance.
- Support business operations by ensuring data accuracy, validating platform charges, and enabling smooth retail moment execution and collections.
- Work with Business, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to resolve operational issues and support system testing.
- Identify automation opportunities and improvements in the ordertocash process.
- Collaborate with regional Finance & Controlling teams, cross-functional partners, and BPO teams.
