Title: Retail Specialist
Working Location: Wheelock / Westgate / One Holland V
Working Days: 5 Days / week
Working Hours: Shopping Mall hours (10am-8pm / 11am- 9pm)
Basic Salary: Up to $2400
Allowance: $20 Grooming Allowance + Weekend allowance $5/day
Other Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave, Commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly store targets
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle and resolve customers enquiries and feedback
- Perform cashiering
- Perform goods receipt, return and transfer during stock replenishment
- Perform bi-yearly full stock take
- Perform monthly inventory cycle count
- Assist in visual merchandising/display of stocks
- Administrative tasks such as stock ordering and reporting
- Coach and guide new retail staff
- Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Senior Retail Specialist
Requirements:
- Passionate about retail
- Committed, punctual, and have a can-do spirit
- Able to provide good customer service, polite, and have a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Secondary/ O-Levels/A-Levels/Polytechnic/Higher-Nitec graduate preferred
- Computer Savvy
- Knowledge of Shopify and NetSuite is preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Flexible to rotate between locations
- Comfortable handling products made from swine skin
