Retails Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Serve customers and provide product information

2. Assist customers with seafood, vegetable, and bakery selections

3. Weigh, pack, label, and price products accurately

4. Replenish shelves and ensure proper product display

5. Check product freshness and report any quality issues

6. Maintain cleanliness of shop floor, display areas, and equipment

7. Assist with receiving deliveries and stock arrangement

8. Operate POS system and handle cash or digital payments

9. Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines

10. Assist Supervisor to approach nearby business owners to promote company products

11. Assist in maintaining B2B membership records and documentation as required.

12. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement:

. Willingness to handle fresh seafood and food items

. Friendly attitude and good communication skills

. Able to stand for long hours and perform light lifting

. Basic understanding of B2B customer service

. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

. With experiences of new shop opening / set up team will add advantage
