Responsibilities:

1. Training System Operations

  • Responsible for uploading online training materials, configuring course settings and access permissions to ensure timely and accurate availability of learning resources;
  • Manage backend processes such as project mapping, version control, and course duration setup;
  • Maintain and update employee accounts and organizational structures, handling personnel changes in a timely manner;
  • Extract data from the report center to regularly track E-learning completion rates and course progress, ensuring learning targets are met;
  • Create system accounts for new employees, configure store and position information, and regularly audit device binding status.

2. Offline Training Support

  • Assist in organizing quarterly offline training activities for store staff (25 Training Calendar), including registration collection, scheduling, and group reminders;
  • Follow up on MSP test content and results, compile training scores and report to relevant stakeholders;
  • Assist with material grading and attendance verification to ensure standardized processes and complete records.

3. Sales Data Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile weekly store sales data and produce weekly sales reports and Top Sales Performer rankings for Descente and Salomon;
  • Manage Databoard and Sales Tracker data, and respond to various reporting requests from different departments.

4. Website Creation & Maintenance

  • Responsible for the setup and ongoing maintenance of internal websites for Salomon and Descente, ensuring accurate content, clear structure, and smooth user experience;
  • Regularly update website content including training materials, brand assets, and project announcements to centralize information across departments;
  • Coordinate with country/region teams to ensure understanding and usage of the platform, providing remote guidance and operational support to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate students with all major backgrounds are welcome to apply
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Able to start immediately
