Location: Island-wide
Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 9:30 PM
Work Schedule: 5-day work week (1 weekday + 1 weekend off)

Retail Supervisor
Salary Range: $2,500 - $2,800/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and support customers to ensure a positive experience
- Drive sales and optimise retail opportunities
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment
- Analyse sales performance and suggest improvements
- Handle administrative tasks for your department
- Support daily operations and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Assistant Retail Manager
Salary Range: $2,900 - $3,500/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve KPIs
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and returns
- Improve work procedures and ensure paperwork accuracy
- Oversee stock take and daily operations
- Manage store opening, closing, and sales banking
- Handle manpower planning and shift scheduling
- Participate in budget planning
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
