Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily retail operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales ream to achieve operational and sales goals
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, stock accuracy and product prevention
- Support in-store promotions, visual merchandising and marketing campaigns
- Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and operational procedures
- Maintain. clean, organised and welcoming store environment
Key Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory role within a retail/ FMCG environment
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint )
