Retail Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing day-to day operation of the retail store.
• Organize CRM activities within the boutiques as per guidelines.
• Align merchandise mix to meet customers needs.
• Review and analyse store sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs.
• Support marketing in store-specific marketing campaigns.
• Manage and coach a team of retail associates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with at least 1 years at the supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.
• Possess good communication skills and sales driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
