Job Summary
Lead and inspire a retail team in a fast-growing international beauty retail environment. Drive sales targets, manage store operations, and ensure excellent customer service while supporting career growth and training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth functioning
- Drive achievement of sales goals by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by training staff and resolving customer issues promptly
- Oversee stock replenishment and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage
- Perform store administration tasks including accurate reporting and documentation to support operational decisions
- Support the Store Manager in executing store plans and maintaining operational excellence
- Commit to working rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays to meet business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2-3 years of retail sales/Beauty Advisor experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through team management and coaching
- Basic proficiency in MS Office to perform administrative and reporting tasks
- Passion for beauty products and delivering outstanding customer service
- Availability to work rotating shifts as required by the business

- Bugis or Funan retail outlets
Working Hours
- 5-day work week
- Rotating shifts, 8 hours per day excluding meal breaks
- Weekend and public holiday work required
