Your Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Retail Assistants to achieve sales and service targets

• Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, task delegation, and performance management

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback professionally

• Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock control, and store presentation

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth replenishment processes

• Support store marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification

• 3-5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and store operations

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Proactive, solution-driven, and enthusiastic about retail
