We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Manager to support our retail stores day-to-day operations. This role combines customer service, sales support, inventory coordination, store upkeep, rostering, and timesheet administration. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent in-store experience while ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, personalised customer experience and strong brand representation on the sales floor
- Drive sales, build customer engagement, and share feedback on customer preferences and buying patterns
- Support inventory management, stock allocation, replenishment, stock audits, and order fulfilment across retail and e-commerce channels
- Maintain high boutique standards in store presentation, cleanliness, organisation, and overall customer experience
- Work closely with the team on roster planning, staffing coordination, and operational support across store locations
- Consolidate and verify timesheets for part-time and casual staff to ensure accurate and timely payroll submission

Requirements

- Work Location: 46 Kim Yam Road, New Bahru
- At least 5 years of experience in fashion retail and/or operations, with proven leadership experience in leading and managing a team
- This is a full-time position requiring 5 working days per week, including weekends
