The Role

As the Retail Store Manager, you will be the captain of your store footprint. You will drive sales growth, lead a high-performing floor team, and maintain excellence in operational and visual standards while ensuring every customer experiences the warmth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Performance: Drive the store to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Team Leadership & Development: Hire, onboard, train, and motivate your sales team. Foster a collaborative, positive one-team working environment.

  • Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory management, stock replenishment, and administrative reporting.

  • Customer Excellence: Set the standard for exceptional customer service, managing escalations and building lasting customer relationships.

  • Visual Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising directives to ensure an attractive, high-standard storefront that drives foot traffic.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail supervisory or management experience (footwear, apparel, or fast-moving consumer retail background).

  • Proven track record of leading, training, and building strong, harmonious retail teams.

  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of inventory control and retail KPIs.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect naturally with both your team and customers.

  • Resilient, problem-solving mindset, capable of managing daily operational challenges effectively.
