Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant - Grilles, Curtains and Blinds

Summary:
Endo is looking for Retail Sales Assistants to join our team and help us provide our customers with the best possible experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor and window furnishings, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers in-store and over the phone
- Assist customers with selecting curtains and blinds that meet their needs and budget
- Answer customer questions about products, installation, and financing options
- Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts
- Keep the sales floor clean and organized
- Participate in product training and development
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home décor or window furnishings industry
- 5.5 days (Sunday Or Saturday OFF and 0,5 weekday off)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
