RETAIL SHOP MANAGER

We are looking for a Retail Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet.

Responsibilities

. Manage daily retail store operations.

. Lead, supervise and train retail staff.

. Ensure excellent customer service.

. Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.

. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

. Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues.

. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

. Diploma or above (or equivalent experience).

. At least 2 years of retail management experience.

. Good communication and leadership skills.

. Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

. Proficient in English Mandarin is an advantage for serving Chinese-speaking customers
