Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and professional customer service to all customers

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate product information

• Handle sales transactions accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers

• Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the retail store

• Support basic inventory handling and stock checks when required

• Monitor store activity to minimise loss and maintain store security

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily retail operations
  

Job Requirements :

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, e-commerce platforms, websites, and retail support

• Oversee content planning and creation to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

• Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners where required

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and operations

• Monitor budgets and ensure marketing activities are executed efficiently
