Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and well-rounded Retail Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, design and storytelling, and who enjoys creating warm, memorable experiences for customers - both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Sales
- Be a brand ambassador, representing Studio Qiling with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
- Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations
- Share the stories behind our prints, details, and designs to create meaningful customer connections
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and attention to detail
Retail Operations & Visual Standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect Studio Qiling's aesthetic and brand identity
- Support daily store operations including stock management, replenishment, cashiering, and general upkeep
- Assist with inventory organisation and operational efficiency
In-Store Events & Customer Engagement
- Conceptualise, plan, and support in-store events such as launches, festive celebrations, and customer appreciation experiences
- Coordinate event logistics, customer invitations, and on-the-day execution
- Create thoughtful, on-brand experiences that deepen customer relationships and community engagement
Social Media & Content Support
- Assist in planning the brand's social media calendar alongside the team
- Contribute creative ideas for content
- Assist with in-store content production
Requirements:
- Friendly, polished, and confident in engaging with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
- Prior retail or fashion experience is a plus, but not a must - we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
