Retail sales Manager (Lighting and Design)

• Looking for passionate and aggressive retail sales manager to share about lights and design for residential home owners.
• Creating the right mood ambience and interior styling for residential homes.
• Ready products, Ready clientele, Active online marketing and well defined training program to help all retail sales person succeed in building a career and professional development.
• Loves to do sales and focus in creating effective sales strategy and action plan.
• Driven to meet sales target, work closely with existing sales team / colleagues / management
• Need to handle indoor and outdoor sales requirements (working with interior designers)
• Help out with marketing related functions and events

Workplace will be in heart of CBD at Chinatown. A nice comfortable art gallery setting / office. Check out www.lunebrillante.sg on the products we carry. There will be 4 - 5 senior part time managers that are already excelling in their work to be managed.

Candidate to possess good communication skills, detail oriented and preferably loves designs and meeting people. One should be target driven and strong sales experience !

Work will include but not limited to admin, people management, inventory management, stock check, client servicing, service recovery and housekeeping.

5 days work week (inclusive of 1 sat or sun). Be prepared to support client and service management questions that comes in at odd hours.
