Job Summary
You will deliver excellent customer service by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming shopping environment
- Identify customer needs through active listening and provide tailored product recommendations to increase sales
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively closing sales and promoting products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to inform customers accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth store operations and achieve collective goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Sales-driven attitude with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
