Job Summary
You will provide expert advice and promote contact lenses and related products to customers, manage inventory and store displays, and ensure smooth daily shop operations with excellent service standards.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers professionally by assessing their needs and recommending suitable contact lens solutions
- Promote and upsell contact lenses and related products to meet or exceed sales targets
- Explain contact lens features and care instructions clearly using strong product knowledge
- Manage inventory by receiving, replenishing, and tracking stocks, trials, and solutions accurately
- Maintain neat, organized, and visually appealing store displays to enhance customer experience
- Ensure smooth daily shop operations by coordinating tasks and upholding high service standards
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support store functions
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A level/College education in any field
