Retail Sales Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional advice and solutions to customers.
• Promote and upsell contact lenses and related products to achieve sales targe
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge when explaining contact lens features and care.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, replenishing, and tracking stocks, trials, and solutions.
• Maintain a neat and visually appealing store display and ensure a clean, organized environment.
• Ensure smooth daily shop operations and uphold high service standard.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Location: Centrepoint, Orchard Road.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• 5-day work week.
• Positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
